By using the viridizs.com website or requesting services from Viridizs Environmental Landscapes Group, L.L.C. ("Viridizs"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or request services.
Services
Viridizs provides lawn care, fertilization, weed control, landscaping, and tree services for residential properties in Elk River and surrounding Minnesota communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a confirmed estimate or agreement between Viridizs and the customer.
Estimates and Quotes
Submitting an estimate request through this website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. Viridizs will review your request and follow up with a quote. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope and pricing.
Estimates are based on information provided at the time of request. Actual pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of estimate or agreement. Viridizs reserves the right to require a deposit for larger projects. Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the property and scope of work
- Ensuring Viridizs has reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates
- Notifying Viridizs of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards before work begins
- Securing pets and clearing personal property from work areas prior to scheduled service
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting Viridizs at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for larger scheduled jobs. Viridizs reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Satisfaction and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with work performed, contact Viridizs directly within 48 hours of service completion at info@viridizs.com or (763) 972-0876. We will work to address legitimate concerns. Disputes not resolved directly should be submitted in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Viridizs is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. Viridizs is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by customer failure to disclose hazards, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Viridizs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sherburne County, Minnesota.

Viridizs may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
